Abstract
Skin is not a common site of metastasis for prostate cancer and they presence indicates a poor prognosis. We present 1 case of distant cutaneous metastases with nodular lesions at the glans. Although unusual, development of multiple skin lesions in patients with prostate adenocarcinoma should alert the dermatologist to the possibility of cutaneous metastases.
