Biography
I am a PhD in Biology researching with the role of Common Reed Phragmites australis, as emergent plant in water bodies, on the Ecology and Evolutionary Ecology of some birds inmediately related with it in isolated or semi-isolated wetlands of Western Mediterranean. Aspects on habitat selection of Reed Watblers Acrocephalus scirpaceus, the behaviour ecology of endangered highly dimorphic reed specialists as the Bearded Tit Panurus biarmicus and aspects on the biology and condition in ornamented Bluethroats Luscinia svecica in wintering areas of Western Europa, are all themes of my past and current research tasks.
