Biography
Dr Sridivya Raparla is a Senior Scientist in Analytical Research and Development at Formurex, Inc., Stockton, California. She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Sciences (Biopharmaceutical Sciences) from the University of the Pacific, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. Her research centers on improving the solubility and bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs through the design and optimization of amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs), particularly for BCS Class IV compounds. During her doctoral studies, she developed an empirical predictive model to rationalize polymer selection and optimize aqueous solubility, contributing to data-driven and mechanistic formulation design. Dr. Raparla brings over seven years of academic experience as Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Medicinal Chemistry.
