Biography

Sharp has more than forty years of experience in the development of cutting edge therapeutics, both pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He has served as a senior executive for several major medical healthcare companies. His background also includes a number of academic appointments, the most recent of which was as Assistant Professor of Oncology at Emory University's Winship Cancer Center where he was the Director of Clinical Research and Chief Regulatory Officer. He has served as a grant reviewer for the NIH National Cancer Institute. He is an elected Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society.
