The obligation to provide services, by health professionals, in a pandemic such as that caused by the SARS-Cov-2 virus is not unlimited; it is essential to take into account the risk factors of health personnel, in the event of absence and / or death, the cost benefit, the consideration of their vulnerability as being human and social being susceptible to being infected and infecting their family nucleus.
